ABOUT（参加方法等）

参加方法：連絡先に記載しているフェイスブックアカウントかメールアドレスにメールかメッセージをお願いします。
基本的にフェイスブックグループでの活動となります。フェイスブックがない場合でも、ライン等、通信連絡費がかからない方法で連絡が取れる方に限ります（郵送・電話・FAX不可）。
参加条件：高校生以上であれば年齢・性別・国籍を問いません。但し、親同伴であれば中学生以下の参加も認めます。
英 語 力：問いません。但し、日本人同士でも極力日本語を使わず、英語で会話することを前提とします。
参加費用：カフェでのドリンク代だけです。但し、夜間開催等でカフェが使えず、会議室等を借り上げる場合は、ドリンク代がかからない代わりに会場使用料が掛かることがあります。
注意事項１：勧誘や出会いを主目的としての参加はご遠慮ください。その他迷惑行為等を含め、行き過ぎた行為が認められる場合は、退会（出入り禁止）とさせていただく場合があります。
注意事項２：基本的に自由会話形式をとります。語学学校や英会話教室ではありませんので、ご注意ください。受験勉強を教える場でもありませんので、ご注意願います。
This is a society purely established and operated on a voluntary basis and as such, apart from funds needed to run events, there will be no other costs.

We operate via our FB group page. If you do not have FB, please feel free to get in touch with us via LINE or email.
No phone calls, mail and/or fax contact will be accepted
WHO can join?: Anyone who is a high school student or older. Anyone younger are welcome to join as well as long as they are accompanied by their parents.
“BUT I can't speak Japanese...!”: No worries. This is an English-speaking society, i.e. everyone is here to converse in English :)
COSTS involved: No costs in general. Depending on where and when the meeting is held, you may be expected to order and pay for a drink for yourself. Unfortunately, there are almost no cafes open at night in Towada so if the meeting is held at night, you may be asked to contribute a small fee for a venue.
Please note:
1. The meetings are casual with no set conversation topics. All attendees are free to talk about anything they wish.
2. Your main objective in joining the group should not be for recruitment or dating purposes.
3. Poor (general or nuisance) behaviour will not be tolerated. Such behaviours will result in your membership being revoked and you will be banned from re-joining TESS.
